We want to be transparent in our pricing principles.
Although the prices of service contracts, such as careteker and cleaning services or renovation works, depend on the customer's needs and the individual characteristics of the property and are therefore not always comparable, our pricing is always based on the same principles.
General information of our hourly fees
Especially in smaller repair or installation jobs, the customer often only sees us that brief time when we visit the site to carry out the ordered work. The working time for completing the customer's work is also when we pick up the necessary tools from our shop or acquire the parts and accessories needed for the work. In addition, we operate in a large area that covers almost the entire western Costa del Sol, so it can take a lot of time just to drive to the working site.
When we work on an hourly basis, the minimum charge is two hours. Note that we also take into account the time spent on acquisitions and transfer to the site.

Building construction and renovation services: We work according to the contract either at a fixed price contract or an hourly fee.
Property and Investment Property Services: Rates in accordance with the service contract. Ask for an offer!
Materials: We invoice the materials according to consumption, for example by pieces or meters.
In addition, we invoice a supplement fee (3%), which consists of, among other things, individual screws, wall plugns, nails, etc. This way, we don't have to bill the customer for, for example, whole boxes of screws and bags of plugs when only a few are needed.

The valid value added tax (IVA) rate for our services is currently 21%.

Site visit for a renovation, service contract, etc. Does not include design.
Building maintenance and repair inspection.
Ask for an offer
The inspection is carried out sensory and with auxiliary measurements. Small structural openings can be made on a case-by-case basis.
A written report of the inspection visit is delivered in electronic format. The report examines risks, damages, deficiencies and repair needs in both image and text format. The report also contains action proposals and recommendations based on the results.
The survey is not an official ITE (INSPECCIÓN TÉCNICA DEL EDIFICIO) made by a technical architect, but is intended, for example, as a basis for a property's maintenance plan or to support a call for tenders before renovation.

Renovation and Interior design

Consultation visit, 2 hours
Meeting at the customer's place. The purpose of the meeting is to go over the matter according to the customer's design needs.
Through consulting, we help you understand the possibilities and limitations of the space, and help you create a functional and comfortable space. At the end of the negotiation, we also agree on possible follow-up measures.
The consultation visit does not include any documents
The price does not include any travel expenses, we will invoice them separately according to the actual journey. The following hours are €49/h + VAT 21%.
Project Management Services
Ask for an offer
Our Project management services takes the weigh off your shoulders. We ensure that the contract is always carried out in accordance of your interests. We make sure that your project progresses according to the schedules and costs agreed with the contractors you have chosen.
We can help you in the selection of contractors already in the bidding phase, or take responsibility for the project when the implementation begins.
